I previously worked with DA Communications Inc, and I want to make sure you have clear context about who you're contracting with.
During my time there, I performed work as a software developer on their IT system and mobile app project.
They smiled at me and said Yeah, we are working, everything is good.
Then they just stopped answering calls and texts from me.
They are subcontractors of the next companies:
- Cablecom
- HP Communications
- Sonic Communications
- RACE Communications
- RAD Communications
- OPTIMIUM Inc.
- Skyline
- GComm etc.
As of today, DA Communications Inc has not paid wages owed to me for work performed between September 22nd 2025 and October 10th 2025, totaling $3,750,
and there was no reasonable justification provided for withholding payment. They also misclassified me as an independent contractor, even though
they required me to work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on-site at their office and controlled how I performed my work - conditions that appear inconsistent with California's ABC test.
In my opinion these people perform their business in the "russian style" which means they can ignore calls and pretend nothing happens.
